Leap is the first AI developer agent that builds and deploys full-stack apps, with real backends, to your own cloud on AWS/GCP.

Today is the final day of Leap Launch Week and we're going out with a bang...

Day 5: Community showcase

Share your apps, be inspired by others, remix and make them yours. Community Showcase lets you get your work in front of thousands of other developers, and helps you find other apps to remix and use as starting points for your next project.

What's New?

  • Showcase: Share and Discover apps on leap.new
  • Sharing setting: Decide if you want your Leap app to be shared with the world
  • Remix: Fork shared apps to use as a starting point for your next project

How Remix Works

When you remix a shared app, Leap creates a copy of the application in your workspace, including:

  • Full source code: All frontend and backend components
  • Database schemas: Table structures and relationships

The remix creates an independent fork - you can modify, extend, or completely reimagine the app without affecting the original. Your changes stay private unless you choose to share your version back to the community.

What doesn't get copied? User data, API keys, and environment-specific configurations remain with the original creator for privacy and security. As always, you should take care to not have any sensitive data as part of your codebase.

Community Exposure and Inspiration

The Community Showcase creates value for everyone in the developer ecosystem. App creators get exposure for their work, reaching thousands of developers while building their reputation in the community and receiving valuable feedback on how others use and modify their apps.

For those discovering apps, the showcase offers a great resource for learning opportunities - you can study real-world app architectures and patterns, save time by starting projects with proven foundations, and find inspiration for new ideas and implementation approaches.

We hope this creates a thriving learning ecosystem where developers at all levels can contribute, learn, and build upon each other's work.

Ready to check it out? Go to leap.new and check out the Community Showcase section.

Want your app to be listed?

Start by opening your app in Leap and click the Share button, then set it as Public in the menu. Now anyone with access to your project can Remix it. To get listed in the Community Showcase, email your proj_id to hello@leap.new.

We believe a lightly curated selection creates the most value for everyone, so we can't promise to include every single application in the showcase.
